Cyprus hotel cancelled so cant fill in covid test to say where staying

Hi I need some help. I booked a package with loveholidays going to Cyprus and they have said accomodation is closed and they will find new accomodation or you can cancel hotel according to terms and conditions and cancellation fee which doesnt seem quite right but have to pay for flights.  This doesn't seem right as you have paid and booked for a full holiday including flights as it was a package. Also they took further monies after raising ticket to cancel and they knew accomodation was shut to October. They dont respond to tickets and live chat is always full.  Surely if you dont know the name of the accomodation you can't book or fill in covid test or cyprus flight document  as dont know where to put down as you dont have a base and therefore entitled to full refund. Easyjet can't do anything as flight going even though I explained I cant fill in paperwork to fly as loveholidays wont respond or let me know anything. They also cant move flights as less than 14 days. How helpful loveholidays. Can anyone please advise and help take the stress away this is causing. I miss Thomas Cook!!  Thanks so much in advance

Can you not just put the original hotel down on the paperwork ,are they likely to check it is open?
