Parking fine received although I am a customer of the premises

You need to edit those images to remove personal identifying information.
Your vehicle's reg no and the PCN number are enough to uniquely identify you and the parking event.
The parking companies trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try and use your posts against you.
Also edit your post to avoid giving away the driver's identity.
It was the driver who parked. It was the keeper that received the PCN through the post.
As far as the law is concerned, they are two different people. Keep it that way.
In other words, your post would be better written as something like:Hi There, I recently received a Parking Charge Notice whilst my car was parked in the car park of a school that hire out their football pitches along with 3 others. I have attached the confirmation of the booking in the appeal. I attached the email confirmation that matches with the time the vehicle was parked there. What the driver didn’t notice underneath the confirmation booking email was the information about the parking. The driver played at the same pitch once before and never received a fine so just assumed the parking was for customers.5 -
It is not a fine.
Having edited your post as advised, please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES that asks everyone to read it first, then send the appeal template in blue text you will find there.
If/when it is rejected, read up on how to make a PoPLA appeal using all the template points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES.
What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner?
Has the keeper complained to their MP yet about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
UKPC have previous, read this.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Hmmm...looks a bit too near Crystal Palace land with that location. Euuurrgh...
However, complain to the landowner (plan A) and re the appeal (plan B ) you know what to do from the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Again,
This is the reply I got back from my initial appeal. I know have to make an appeal to POPLA. I have read the newbies thread but can’t seem to pinpoint exactly which template is relevant to me. Can someone point me in the right direction please!0 -
The NEWBIE sticky is your friend and your go to place. This time you want the third post in the thread: -

You haven't even mentioned doing Plan A first? You know how to get this cancelled as the first step in every case.
The 3rd post tells you the templates to use as well. Show us if unsure - i.e. show us your draft based on the templates, no asking for us to walk you through it. The 3rd post of the sticky thread already walks you through it (we won't repeat the NEWBIES thread on other threads, we have no time).
More urgently:Please now make a real difference - A TASK FOR SEPTEMBER.
The Government is (this month only) consulting about a new statutory code of practice (CoP) and framework to rein in the rogue parking firms. Read and comment on the draft CoP proposal and the enforcement framework consultation, and get everyone you know to do the same.
You will need to register to comment on the CoP and enter an occupation even if you are retired or a homemaker, but otherwise it is easy to navigate, and comment upon each section/subsection individually. You can save comments to edit later and or submit comments once you are happy with them.

You do not need to register to comment on the enforcement framework which can be found here. It has a link on page 5 to make comments.

At the very least, we say the parking charge level should be £50/£25 or higher level £70/£35, as per Council PCNs in E&W.
And we say the added fake 'debt recovery' costs are just double counting the cost of letters, and MUST GO because that is unfair and illegal.
Please be heard. You can bet the hundreds of PPCs will be commenting. No apologies for repeating this vital 'call for action' to consumers, on every thread this month!

I was in no means trying to get someone to talk me through it step by step, I just want to make sure my second response is correct and wasn’t sure if my situation would be different. I’m not very good with these sort of things so I appreciate the advice.0 -
We don't want you doing appeal yet. Please do PLAN A (read the NEWBIES thread).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
