Wales still has the 2m rule, so I'm guessing not full capacity.

Snap! Applied online then sent off second piece of paperwork with son’s photo. This was AGES ago.

He was 17 nearly a month ago and hasn’t been able to drive yet!

Has anyone any updates on postal provisional licence applications please. Getting no nowhere still with dvla

I called DVLA yesterday since posting Medical License renewal.
Nice lady advised staff beginning to return and working though backlogs,
No timescales though, seems I'm lucky to continue driving with m.s. even if delayed renewal.
This is my 1st renewal since 3 year medical license was issued.

Initial reply yesterday via post dvla Have thankfully acknowledged my medi renewal.
I can continue to drive whilst they contact Neurloogy.

Since recent post 3rd Sept when I called dvla in a few days of sending Medical renewal.
I then had one letter to say they were contacting Neurology.
Today I've received another three year licence, which makes this an amazing day.
I did often think what the consequences are considering I've +3 years of car finance to pay.
