HI all
I am new here so HELLO!
OK so nearly 2 5 years ago i signed an IVA for a very lowly anount of like 4k.
Im now trying to rent a property and having such a terrible time in finding something.
Ive spoken to a few people and read that i shouldnt have been advised on this.
Whats the best thing to do going forward please help i feel so anxious about this matter its affecting my health

An IVA for 4k is crazy. For someone in rented accommodation it's doubly crazy.
However, it's on your credit file (and the insolvency register) for 6 years.
How much are you paying per month?
Are all your debts normal credit debts or is there something unusual here?
Are you up for a complaint, even though this would be a lot of work with no guarantee of success?0 -
