Equifax and Sky

Hi all. First Post here!
My wife and I attempted to get an iPad through Sky Mobile swap 36 last night, but the credit application was denied. 
Quite shocking, never had this before and our credit is excellent according to MSE Credit Club (which is Experian). She also did the same and was denied.

However I tried to sign up for Equifax and it couldn't find my address, odd as every other was listed on our estate. Also clearscore (which I read use Equifax) couldn't find either. This makes me think its something to do with their systems

However I have tried to call Equifax numerous times today and every time yiu select an option it just cuts out. I have also read trustpilot reads their service rating less than 1* 

What concerns me is we now have a rejected credit application on file from what seems computer error.

Has anyone got a way of contacting them or being able to check why they can't find our address. Would hate for this to affect us in the future

The score is meaningless as is what the MSE credit club says about your chances of success as they're not the ones doing the lending. A search is recorded, not whether it was successful or not. It makes no difference other than to the mickey mouse score that no lender uses.

TrustPilot is a place for people to vent frustrations (sometimes non-factually) so pay no attention to their ratings - Amex has a 2-star rating on their but their customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

Raise a dispute with Equifax directly.
