After a recent awful experience where we found out the estate agent didnt properly communicate our proceedable position to a seller, we have found another property that we have fallen in love with. I think some buyers play a game, offer high to secure it then they've bought time to decide for sure. There is still the matter of the survey etc., and all sorts of things can happen after the initial offer is accepted. Keep an eye on it and maybe tell the agent your offer stands should anything happen with the current buyer.
