Barclays BBL how long for funds to drop?

Having had to run my flooring business using a personal account (a due to adverse events) and unable to open a business account til last week ( 6yrs for last thing to drop off the credit file in mid July) I have been without any financial help so far. Like many no income but continual bills. However I ran my personal accounts with Barclays and although there were long waits 2hrs plus on phone calls and a bit of going round in circles . I finally got a meeting with the business team in Watford to open an account but have had to wait until my file was clear and nothing showed on a soft search - once done they opened the account pretty quickly as have an excellent trading record. I have now been able to apply for BBL and had the acceptance email though in 2hrs. It says the funds will be in in the next few working days but does anyone have experience with Barclays to say whether it is a few days or more likely a few weeks.
I would say that the Barclays staff have been great through all this as, like many , I am not a standard case and the advice given was largely very accurate and they were all very understanding and helpful. I know this is not the case for everyone with everybank but credit where credit is due they've got me through and when the funds drop the business will be in a sounder financial position I could have hope to believe and the phenomenally pressure and miraculous juggling can hopefully placed in the memory bank!

Mine dropped in less than 24hours. Applied Wednesday around 4pm and funds dropped in account around midday Thursday. I agree with you, Barclays were brilliant the whole way through1
