Flight+Hotel package booked to Vegas through eBookers

Hi,
Back on 16/01/2020 I booked a Flight+Hotel package to Vegas through eBookers, I was wondering if anyone might be able to give any advice or guidance on our situation. Details as below:
Travel Insurance situation is a bit of a mess too - I had an annual multi-trip policy valid from 10/05/2019-09/05/2020, so it was valid when I booked the trip in January but it's not valid now and won't be valid at the time of the holiday in October, so not sure where that leaves me!
Any advice or guidance would be gratefully received. If our flights get cancelled in the coming weeks, will we be entitled to a refund through eBookers? And if the flights do not get cancelled, yet USA are still not allowing UK citizens in, would we just be out of luck then or is there some way we could get a refund? I booked through my Halifax Credit Card.
I would be happy to still go if we could (i.e. the flights are running and USA is allowing UK citizens in) but I think that's probably quite unlikely at this stage.

20/10/2020 - LGW 11.50am - LAS 2.40pm - flight AA6126 (operated by BA)
26/10/2020 - LAS 3.25pm - LGW 8.25am (+1 day) - flight AA6125 (operated by BA)
6 nights at Bally's
So we are due to fly in just over 2 months. As it stands the trip is going ahead, I haven't had any notification from eBookers that the flight(s) have been cancelled, and they still show as operational when I put my booking details into the eBookers and AA websites. But USA isn't currently allowing UK residents into the country (unless I was to go elsewhere for 14 days beforehand), so unless that changes between now and then, I don't think we will be able to travel.26/10/2020 - LAS 3.25pm - LGW 8.25am (+1 day) - flight AA6125 (operated by BA)

Update: just found out that our return flight is cancelled by BA, so American Airlines have offered a full refund for the flights. And we are able to get a full refund for the Bally's hotel room through eBookers also, so looks like we shouldn't end up out of pocket0
