Provident claims

Hi All
Looking for some advice. I have raised a couple of complaints to Provident on behalf of my mother and brother at the beginning of February. Provident contacted me in March to say that they haven't been able to resolve my complaint but they are still working on it. Now Provident says I have to log in to a Portal to give more info. I am feeling way out my depth with it all. Has anyone else had similar responses and should I carry on or just leave it now. Thanks in advance.0 -

The industry in general is inundated with affordability complaints right now, some companies are opting for a "scheme of arrangement" to avoid bankruptcy, others are filtering complaints to make the job easier.
I can`t see how answering a few questions can make you feel "out of your depth", they just want the facts, as you see them, that`s all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
