Classes cancelled with no refund

Our (very expensive) kids rugby classes were cancelled due to Coronavirus. Fair enough, but they’re now saying they won’t honour the money we paid for the classes that were cancelled (upwards of a hundred pounds). I don’t expect a refund, but it would be nice if they would take the money off the next term when they are up and running properly. The classes were never full, so it’s not like they would be losing money on other paying customers. They offered ‘make up classes’, but we still had to pay for them, spaces were limited, and they were at a time and place we couldn’t make. I emailed to complain but after a bit of back and forth they are ignoring me. Do I have any rights here?

You may well have rights to a refund or some money off, but be prepared to find somewhere else for your kids to play rugby.
