How do we get a refund for cancelled flights- Travel Up?

My wife booked a ticket in 2019 to Thailand for a one month holiday in April this year.
The flights were cancelled by the airline at the time. Since then we have phoned Travel Up (can never get through), emailed - never get an answer. Have received a couple of generic emails about the COVID-19 situation blah blah blah nothing relevant.
We also completed a claims form in which, if memory serves me correctly said it would take up to 90 days to process. 90 days have long since passed.
What course if action do we have left from a non-responsive company?
We do have travel insurance which we took out in early March. Haven't explored that option yet.

Chargeback or section 75. Insurance will want you to use these options first.1

Then call them and ask about a chargeback or section 75 claim. You will need to explain the attempts made to receive a refund have not worked to date.
You have not mentioned the airline but some have been worse than others in providing refunds. Virgin Atlantic, Thai, Garuda, Lufthansa seem to be some with worst with timely refunds. Travel Up will not refund you until the airline refunds them.
