Where are the funds going too?Jontymar said:So what I’m asking, is legally if a bank says it’s returning funds ( which they have clearly ) is there a legal or regulated time frame they must do it in? Cause that’s since the 14th July.Forget the review, it happened it finished. They confirmed that they would transfer me out my money.
But who in the UK uses "Reach out to" ?Life in the slow lane0

That is nit a phrase used in the UK. I have heard American co use that phrase.

I got a reply today, but this is the same thing as last week, they are not being clear. They are regulated by the fca, and this isn’t following their guidelines for customers. I’ll just keep annoying them and then take them to court I suppose 0 I got a reply today, but this is the same thing as last week, they are not being clear. It is obvious that there is still an investigation going on, despite you thinking it had been completed. No amount of pestering them will speed things up, not least because the investigation might be out of their hands.
An awful lot of 'reaching out' going on, nonetheless 0 0

Annoying the call centre staff perhaps. Certainly not the company. As there'll have a thick backside to idle threats.Jontymar said: I got a reply today, but this is the same thing as last week, they are not being clear. The accounts shut. I’m not longer a customer of revolut. So how can they be doing an investigation?colsten said:It is obvious that there is still an investigation going on, despite you thinking it had been completed. An awful lot of 'reaching out' going on, nonetheless They have ‘tried to return the money already and presented faster payments paper work.In the ‘8 weeks previously when they said there was an investigation’ they clearly said there was an investigation and they couldn’t tell me more.So why would the lie and provide false evidence if it was still going on and not just say ‘ it’s still going on’ I’ve found another revolut customer that is having the exact same experience. and as for customer service... yeh thick skin, but I take it you guys don’t understand the fca banking code of conduct ? They have a care of duty to customers to be transparent with information and to to give clear information. That email above is another delaying tactic.0

I have not said that they are doing an investigation. I have just said that an investigation is still going on. They won't be telling you exactly what is going on as 1) they are legally not allowed to, and 2) they might not even know.0

So your telling me they’ve gone to all the trouble to tell me the investigation is Over? And I can have my funds back? Rather than just say ‘your account is under another review ?) and as I know for the past 8 weeks they can’t tell me anything. It’s under a different review? Which they aren’t even allowed to mention?colsten said:Jontymar said:The accounts shut. I’m not longer a customer of revolut. So how can they be doing an investigation?
