booked London easy hotel when I turned up it was closed

We booked a London easy hotel but when we turned up it was closed. There was a note on the door to ring some numbers. None of which ever picked up. So we were stuck in London with nowhere to stay. We rang another London easy hotel which is open but they claimed not to know about other hotels. We've contacted our credit card provider to try to get a refund but not happy bunnies. Any ideas?

We've had absolutely no communication form Easy hotel appalling. Going to try the CEO using Find my Ceo.

Is Easyhotel bust? or just plain useless.
