New car delivered with window scratch
Took delivery of a brand new car today. Was bought over the internet/phone. I am first registered keeper. Car arrived with 38miles on clock as they drove it down. Didnt notice anything amiss until after I had driven it about 13 miles. There is a small scratch/scuff in the windscreen in front of the passenger, this did not happen while I was driving. Upon futher inspection of the car that had supposedly been setting in a show room I found green mold/moss along the rubber seals. My question is what can I do, can I complain? Are they likely to fix it? Or should I return the car? If I returned it would I get a full refund?

Many "new" cars can have been sitting in a field for 6 months+ so there being mould on the seals isn't unsurprising. What is surprising is that they didn't detail the car prior to delivery.3

Moss is not a problem. Wash the car. The scratch, speak to the dealers, see what they will do. If its a small one probably a repair will sort it.1

Dear OP - even a small car is a quite a lot to take in the first few hours and a bigger car is even more complex to take in.
I'm sorry you had to suffer this.
We buy new cars from main delaers over the phone and on our Range Rover we had a ding on the lower part of the passengers door about three inches above the sill. We had it delivered and they took time runing over the car min on the outside a few on the inside - it is a black car - they left about hour later took it for a 20 mile drive, dry day - thanfully as our children admired the car on a sunny hot day at a certin angle you could see a ding - then we noted som scuffs on the inside rear door - a lot to take in - went on the phone same evening they were closing dsicussed next day - usally rubbish they've checked sent them a pictures - they sent someon out to clear scuff it was an overzealou cleaner mark moved withthei magic stuff but the ding defo there would have cost close a few hundred to repair but we argreed to an onsite ding repair but it had to be next day and not next week - they repaired at our home next day 100% - it is impoosible to see everhting fist time and at times takes days weeks to note but more diff to prove
call them and explain they will sort out. About the green stuff been sitting in a field blind side to the sun hence the green moss and not properly cleaned

In regards to your rights you can reject the car. It's not as described aside from anything else.
But it might be better to give them a chance to fix it. They are both relatively easy things to put right. A proper clean and the scratch can be repaired most likely. Give it a good look over and take photos of everything too just in case there are other issues, bring them all up at once. Test everything, seatbelts, lights, radio, electric windows etc.1
