Final bill refund amount £30 or £10

Hi All,

I'm owed nearly £100 on my final bill issued at the end of July and now coming up to 3 weeks awaiting payment. I emailed Bulb asking for this compensation and the help person keeps saying its £10 but based on the below and for anyone that's been successful is it £30 or have I misinterpreted the information below?

  • So my interpretation is...
    They had 6 weeks to issue my final bill which they have now done 30 July, then have 14 days/10 working days from there to repay any credit on the account.

    The compensation is £30. It's meant to be automatic but rarely is.
