Forced out of my business premises by co-leaseholder. Landlord says 'nothing to do with me.'

    You were denied access to your property. Therefore no rent due. The Landlord should be going after the other tenant for property damage (changing the locks) and denying them access to their own property and loss of rent from you.

    Agree with this last post. And also with your decision to move on with your life. Let your landlord and co-tenant squabble over their issues, move on, make your money elsewhere.
