NS & I website - problem changing profile details !

Im now registered for my premium bonds but when logged in and go to Profile/Details there is no way to change phone number and address.
Their Help info says go to "Change" when viewing my details, BUT there is no CHANGE button to select !!! Why is this not showing or is their Help FAQ wrong !!
Chatline and Phone lines are so busy. Any help appreciated !!

I have just checked and there is a change button alongside each of the following eight personal details:
Address
Phone number
Email address
Marketing preferences
Transactional text updates
Security questions
Password details
Tax details0 -

If you have just opened your account it may take a few days before the option to change your phone number and address becomes available.Cavair001 said:

I have the same problem. Have tried on android and laptop, no change buttons.
