Well sadly can't raise 80 to 90 thousand for a deposit. Despite being fully able to afford it 😔 bank of offered 110 on a 200k house. Gutted. Mortgage would of been 750 pm.  Now having to look at rentals for 900 to 1000k a month
Well if you can afford a rental at 900,000 to 1,000,000 a month then you must be able to afford to buy a place  ;)

Lol sorry £900 per month. Agent has popped round today for measurements. House will be online next week. Hes changed his tune in regards to saying a buy to let buyer. Its all i can hope for. Its a landlords market at mo. We rang about 4 different places we were possibly interested in all pending with more than one applying and waiting on landlord. Well to cherry pick best one. Still feeling a lil defeated as it was a great effort with family to relay round to  produce a sizable pot for deposit, but 80k is just to far a reach. I feel blessed and lucky with that. So lottery it is

I wonder how the OP is getting on?
Has the landlord put the house on the market now?
Will it be possible for a new landlord to buy with sitting tenants?

OP may be interested in this thread about selling a property with current tenants who are asked to leave:
