Address discrepancy / electoral roll

Options
Hi,
We've recently had Nationwide mortgage DIP declined due to poor credit report. I signed up to check my file advised from someone here (thank you) and the issue is the number missing from my address so it states we are not registered on the electoral roll.
I have contacted the council and they have amended my address on their records to match everything else and I have a letter confirming 10 years on electoral roll.
The companies Nationwide use are Equifax and Transunion.
Transunion says we are on the electoral roll so no probs there. I have created an account with Equifax and opened a case to get this changed, and uploaded letter from council, I really hope it doesn't take them too long..fingers crossed.

My question is.. Do I also need to get this changed on Experian and crediva? even though nationwide don't use them. But will it still be an issue on my credit report?
Have already set up accounts for Equifax and checkmyfile for both myself and husband. It is just a complete hassle

Even if a lender doesn't currently use CRA, it would be reckless not to correct them all.

@Deleted_User Thank you, yes I thought as much. I wonder if check my file can assist me in this or whether I need to create accounts with all of them?

Ask statutory reports at all three.

I'd get in touch with the CRAs directly to resolve this issue - much better than relying on a third party to do it for you.

Follow up with a phone call to Equifax. I used their online system and uploaded the confirmation from the council in mid-May. They only corrected it 2 weeks ago and left a notice of correction (NOC) on my file. When I rang them to remove the NOC they said it would take 3 weeks but when I said it was urgent (I was applying for my mortgage last week) they said it would take 5 days.
Ring them, quote the case number from their online system. Tell them it's urgent because you need it for a mortgage application, and tell them not to add an NOC.

Correct Experian as well. You don't know if you'll end up going with another lender who uses them and at that point you'll be panicking to get it sorted asap.
