JSA, Premium Bonds and Grants

Hi all,
I'm on JSA currently and was hoping someone could help me with a few questions I have.
I recently moved some money from my bank account into premium bonds - should I have notified anyone of this? The amount I have in savings is unchanged, so hopefully that was okay...
Also, if I won something from premium bonds, does it count as income and need to be declared?
Finally, I've applied for a grant to support the creation an artistic project (a novel). If I were to be successful, would this count as income?
Thanks for any help!
