Green Flag on Heart, August – October 2020
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Green Flag radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 17th August to 23rd August on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk to register their details and answer a multiple-choice question. 
4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 17th August and close at 23:59 on 23rd August.
5.    From all correct and eligible entrants, one entrant will be randomly selected and awarded their prize by Global radio by telephone and/or email within seven days of the closing date, and will be given details of how to accept their prize. 

Eligibility:
6.    Entrants must be aged 18 and over
7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:
8.    One entrant will win a Treehouse Stay for two, including 
•    £150.00 petrol allowance for travel to your chosen Treehouse retreat 
•    2 night stay in a Treehouse for 2 people. Features include  
o    Kitchen & Bathroom 
o    Woodburner
o    Roll top bath 
9.    This prize will be fulfilled by the prize agency The NDL Group.
10.    Prize is subject to  availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter.
11.    Your prize  includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 450 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance of will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
12.    Winners can  choose a Treehouse location in Cumbria or Somerset.
13.    You will  be staying in a Treehouse with en-suite bathroom on a self-catering basis. Treehouse stays are subject to availability at time of booking.
14.    All prizes  must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
15.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
