Festival Faces

The Festival Faces prize is made up of a portable projector screen, portable projector, wireless home speaker, 4 outdoor bean bag chairs, and facepaints.

Heart’s Summer Six with Robinsons Week 3 on Heart, August 2020 
 
RULES 
1.             The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Heart’s Summer Six Week 2 with Robinsons’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 17/08/2020 to 23/08/2020 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”). 
2.             Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.   
 
Details of the Competition: 
Heart’s Summer Six consists of 6 x weekly challenges, with each one being an individual competition. There is one Grand Prize available at the end of Heart’s Summer Six and all entries received between 04/08/20 and 13/09/20 will go into the draw to win the grand prize. Please see Point 11 and 12 for more information on this. 
The following terms and conditions are for Week 3 of Heart’s Summer Six – Festival Faces which runs from 17/08/20 - 23/08/20. 
3.             Entrants must go to heart.co.uk/win, register their details and upload a photo as explained in point 4.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 17/08/2020 and close 23:59 on 23/08/2020. 
4.             To enter the competition, an entrant must submit an image of them taking part in Week 3’s challenge of Heart’s Summer Six – ‘Festival Faces’ - where entrants must creatively paint their faces, summer/festival style.
5.             Out of all entries received, Heart will select 10 at random and then a producer will choose one winner. We will be judging entries on fun and feel-good creativity. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered in to. 
6.             Any entries that are deemed rude, offensive or explicit will be ruled out of the competition. If any of the 10 entries selected at random don’t meet the criteria or are deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or are not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, then a replacement entry (or entries) will be drawn at random and a winning entry will be selected as per the above outlined process. 
7.             Images must be 12 mb or less. 
8.             By submitting an image to the site heart.co.uk/win to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party. 
 
Eligibility: 
9.             Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 
10.          Entry is restricted to one entry per person per week; duplicate entries between 17/08/2020 and 23/08/2020 will be excluded from the Heart’s Summer Six Week 3 competition.  
11.          By submitting an image and entering Week 2 of Heart’s Summer Six - an entrant will also automatically be entered into the draw to win Heart’s Summer Six grand prize -  which runs from 04/08/20 - 13/09/20 and the prize is a trip to the Lake District for 4 people. 
12.          One entry per week is permitted into Heart’s Summer Six Grand Prize by completing that week's challenge. Entrants can as a result enter to win the Grand Prize up to 6 times between 04/08/2020 and 13/09/2020; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition. Once all 6 competitions of Heart’s Summer Six have finished on 13/09/20 all entries will be pooled. 25 entries will then be selected at random, with a Heart producer choosing one as our grand prize winner. We will be judging entries on fun and feel-good creativity. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered in to. If any of the 25 final entries are deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or are not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, a replacement entry (or entries) will be drawn at random and a winning entry will be selected as per the above outlined process. 
13.          You confirm you are responsible for and have obtained the consent from all participants in your submitted image, including, where applicable, the consent of the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of any participants under the age of 18. 
  
Heart’s Summer Six – Week 3 Prize consists of the following:

Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 
All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 
 
16.          Heart’s Summer Six Grand Prize consists of the following – a trip to the Lake District for 4 people: 
·         Travel and Accommodation 
·         Breakfast Hamper 
·         Lunch and dinner at a restaurant each day 
·         Entrance to Lake District Wildlife Park 
·         Alpaca Walk 
·         Rock Climbing  
·         Archery 
·         £150 Spending Money 
 
17.          Terms and Conditions of Heart’s Summer Six Grand Prize:  
a.     Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in both the UK.  
b.     Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 500 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.  
c.     Accommodation will be based on two adults and two children sharing a luxury yurt on a self-catering basis.  
d.     Contents of the welcome hamper may vary and is subject to availability at the time of booking.  
e.     Lunch will be based on two adults and two children enjoying a 2-course meal from the lunch menu including one soft drink per person.  
f.      Dinner will be based on two adults and two children enjoying a 2-course meal from the dinner menu including one soft drink per person.  
g.     Pony trek will last approximately 1 hour and is subject to availability at the time of booking. No age restrictions, however, please enquire about very small children.  
h.     Go Ape will last approximately 2-3 hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Children should be over the age of 10 years to participate. Minimum height is 1.4M (4FT 7”) and maximum weight is 20.5 stone (130KG). For every two children (aged 10-15) taking part, one participating adult aged 18+ is required. 16 and 17 year olds can supervise themselves but not others. Should this activity be unsuitable for any participant, an alternative activity can be sourced.  
i.      Bike hire is subject to availability at the time of booking.  
j.      Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.  
k.     All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.  
18.          Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative.
