courtesy car with write-off?
Hi, I know this is a question i should be asking my insurer not a forum. But I am itching to know now.
Ive just wrecked my car into a wall. I will call my insurance company (admiral) in the morning. I cant see my policy details because their accounts website is down.
On their website they say you get a courtesy car once repairs are authorised. It doesn't mention write offs.
Should I expect to get a courtesy car for any period of time if the car is a write-off? Like, while they are assessing and paying out their claim (not sure how long this takes?)
I am confident the car is a write off, but this is the first time ive ever had an insurance claim.
Thanks v much :-)
