Spare - wheel size

I bought my 2013 Zafira last year, it does not have a spare wheel. It has 4 nice alloys with 205/55/16
Looking to buy a spare wheel, not a space saver. On ebay they range from £20-£50 including the tyre
Is it likely that all 5 stud Vauxhall wheels will fit?

No guarantee unfortunately. Phone up your local car breakers, they're likely to have one in and at least you can go round and try it to see if it fits. Prices will be no different than Ebay, maybe a little cheaper.
