Not had benefits decision in months

 I am on ESA support group and had my WCA months ago, a few weeks before the lockdown began. They still haven't got back to me with a decision, and I've been continuing to receive the normal payments. Has anyone else had to wait this long? Should I contact them or just wait until they inform me? Is there a chance I've been renewed but haven't been notified by post?

There's no timescales for any decision. As you're in the Support Group your award is ongoing, which means you'll continue to receive your money until a decisions been made on your assessment.

You can of course ring them to ask if a decision's been made but personally, if it was me then i wouldn't ring.

I had my WCA on feb.27th, 23 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. My payments have continued as normal.
