Cannot view full credit report - Credit Club

Hi,
The credit club full report function does not work for me, and has not for a few months now, with the try again later being shown when I try and view the full credit report. 
I reported to Experian, and they sent me the 'take it up with MSE'
Apart from the FAQ's I did not see anywhere on the MSE credit club site.
Any idea if there is a work around for this?

    I get this pop up when I click on the credit report tab. 
    'Credit report failed

    There seems to be a problem getting your Experian Credit Report. Please try again later.'

    I try again next day, week or month, and the same issue.

    I couldn't access my Experian credit file in Jan 2019 and deleted my MSE Credit Club account and then re-registered. I was then able to access my credit report as usual.

    The only downside was that my past reports were all deleted.

    Others that had problems in the past - solved them by deleting the account and then registering afresh. That seemed to sort out most things. Have you given that a try?

    My scores on the dashboard don't load - it's telling me to try again later. Help?

    This is generally down to a problem in fully matching you to your Experian Credit Report, though the problem's not prevented Experian from verifying your identity.

    We're working with Experian to try and fix this, though it may take a little while.

      Try resetting your account as outlined above, otherwise request a copy of your statutory report directly from Experian - it's all the same info anyway, it just takes about a week to arrive from once you request it.
    • Thanks all, Went to close the account and then it had a email to give feedback on why the account is closing. Emailed and got the account unlocked.
