hi , just want some info on to what we are entitled to we took on my husbands niece age 5 and to nephews 2 & 4 there mum as been paying for them but she is now stopping her claim for them we don’t no were to start on to what we can claim for them any help would be grateful thanks 😊

When you say “she is stopping her claim for them” what are you referring to. If she is stopping Child Benefit then you should be able to claim that.
Without more information about the circumstances of you and your husband it is impossible to advise what you might be entitled to because everything else is means tested. Are you working age or pension age, do you already claim any benefits etc. If you are working age the main benefit for new claimants is Universal Credit.
