Missing money

I recently used the switch service for my current account. I switched from Lloyd’s ti HSBC. The day before my switch trading212 sent me 5 separate payments to my Lloyds account, 3 showed up into my new HSBC account and 2 did not. Trading212 have provided me with documents proving the payments were sent their end and have traced them further and say the transaction were ‘credited’ and did not bounce back. After hours and hours on the phone and going into the branch i have got nowhere. Neither Lloyd’s or HSBC have been helpful. I have raised a complaint with HSBC but no over 3 weeks after that I have heard nothing. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any advise for me?

HSBC should take responsibility for checking this out as per the CASS rules.
Have you received your final Lloyds statement? I am asking just in case an overdrawn balance occurred on the day the  credits were received and the 2 missing ones were in fact swallowed due to this?

Yes, I have my final statement, the account was never overdrawn so that shouldn’t be the issue. Still no luck with my complaint to HSBC.

I was asking whether the missing payments had actually been paid into the old account?
