Hiya just a quick question really..
During full furlough I've been asked to take holidays/annual leave which I am told they were allowed to do. I've now been put on flexible furlough, Does this mean on flexible furlough they can make you take annual leave also? Thank you

I think so, but remember if they ask you to take 1 weeks leave, you need to be given 14 days notice.1

Employers can get you to take annual leave at any point, furloughed or not. They just need to give 2 days notice for every 1 day of leave.0

If there's any dates before the end of your holiday year that you want to take then you should ensure you request them, if you don't have approved leave dates then your employer can decide when you take your remaining holiday provided they give you enough notice. Furlough doesn't change that.0
