PayPal keep pushing back the resolution date on my requested refund. I've returned the item with tracking confirmed. Have reached out to them on Twitter and have been told to wait whilst a 'specialist' examines my case. Been a couple of months now since item returned. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed. Sigh.
