Hey all,
I am curious how people feel about this.
Searches came back and there is a mobile phone mast 233 meters away from the property.
There is another discussion about this, from 2006, but not very clear.
Is this likely to affect the sale time / value of the property? Anything I should be worried about?

Wow only 233 meters away.
Great mobile signal2 -
No, it's absolutely irrelevant. I wouldn't have thought most people would even want the sort of search you've got, but interesting to know what solicitors think they can flog to their clients.eidand said:Is this likely to affect the sale time / value of the property? Having a mobile phone mast 250m away is not going to microwave your head. Put the conspiracy theories away. It just means you'll have a decent signal.0

Wish my place had one that close. Might get a signal indoors without having to set up my own 3g access point up.Will it affect "affect the sale time / value of the property"?Definately. When you sell make sure to put it in the first sentancec in the brochure for a fast sale.
