LTD company - What to send in and when?

Filing timescales are explained at https://www.gov.uk/prepare-file-annual-accounts-for-limited-company but if you're struggling to locate basic info such as that then you may find it advantageous to engage an accountant or other small business support service?1

Just go to your own company, on Companies House Beta and it'll show you there when the next filings are due.But otherwise get yourself an accountant0

From what I know i need to send in at some point profit and loss sheet, minutes (which i've read you dont need), annual accounts (is this same as tax return).
If you are taking a salary then you need a payroll set up and a tax account to handle that. You will also need a tax account for corporation tax. If you are not taking a salary you will not qualify for the state pension (and other NI related benefits).
Your confirmation statement is due soon. What dates are you trading years.
What does your accountant say when you ask them this information?
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.1 -
Go to Companies House site as already suggested. Get your self set up with login credentials and you can file everything electronically (if you are doing it yourself) or at least get all your filing dates.0
