Started a LTD company in UK, in September 2019.
I'm worried as to what needs to be sent in and when.
I've already got the cerificate and registered.
I worried when do I need to start sending account info in, I called up the company couple months ago where I got the LTD from and they said not to worry they will ask for what is needed, but if they asked for say the account i'd need at least 2-4 weeks to get them ready.
An its getting close to September soon.
From what I know i need to send in at some point profit and loss sheet, minutes (which i've read you dont need), annual accounts (is this same as tax return).
I have no staff and not VAT registered.

Filing timescales are explained at https://www.gov.uk/prepare-file-annual-accounts-for-limited-company but if you're struggling to locate basic info such as that then you may find it advantageous to engage an accountant or other small business support service?
  • Just go to your own company, on Companies House Beta and it'll show you there when the next filings are due.
But otherwise get yourself an accountant

If you are taking a salary then you need a payroll set up and a tax account to handle that.  You will also need a tax account for corporation tax.   If you are not taking a salary you will not qualify for the state pension (and other NI related benefits).

Your confirmation statement is due soon.    What dates are you trading years.

What does your accountant say when you ask them this information?

I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

Go to Companies House site as already suggested. Get your self set up with login credentials and you can file everything electronically (if you are doing it yourself) or at least get all your filing dates.
