Is there any think I can do when they but me on on the wrong tariff ... I do have learning disabilities . It take me long time to understand sometime. . I only I noticed last month I was on high tariff .0

Pre-payment meters are probably best avoided because they work out more expensive. If you book an appointment with Citizens Advice and take your bills with you they can help you find the best tariffs.1

I know that now because I put £50 pound on my elect 31 July. .and now I £19.60 🤔 . Before when I'm pay as you go I asked do I have any money they said no And.o S I try to switch electric company and today I received my letter say j own £12150

If you have been given a pre-payment meter card used by the previous occupant you may be paying off their debts. Always get a new card issued to you.1

OP - I have just put a comment on your other thread also, but this one seems to suggest you only moved into the property that the bill is for recently.
Can you confirm when you moved in?
The amount of "electricity arrears" is very high for a one bed flat. It is more than we use in our 4 bed house in a whole year (but you may have electric heating, which we do not).
Hopefully, everyone can help you find a solution that is quicker, easier and less stressful than needing to go to court.0
