Does anyone know what the next rules are if you make more than one order on the same day...last sale, I found that I could only order a max of 70 items so had to put two orders through and I phoned up and they knocked off one of the 3.50 delivery charges.
I wondered if it was like a next rule that they would refund the postage on more orders made in the same day or if I just got lucky last time.
Any idea??

im not sure they told me if wanted to order more than 70 items youd have to order the 2nd half when the sales open to everyone else

emweaver, usually you can place as many orders as you like within your 30 mins, but I will prioritise just in case!!

And for those hoping for being able to order with code, I think they have pretty much closed that loophole this year bymaking you order sale items only through the VIP link and the codes aren't different at all in the preview pages (they just have the normal cat code endings). SO I think its the VIP section bit that is creating the discount.

I've got about 45 items on my list and half of those will go back and I've dual sized to try on.

That's always been the case. Nothing different this year as far as I can see.

We do the same exessexmum, order a couple of sizes in most things as very frustrating to get something you love that is slightly too big or small but then is sold.

Ok, I've just spoken to teh VIP helpline and they say as long as you log into your account when its your slot, and don't log out once you've placed an order, then you are ok to place more orders in that 30 mins but will be charged postage for each one. However, just in case, I am ordering the things I want most in my first order!

Good question Debbie. I've just tried it by opening the quidco link then going into my account and will be able to open my VIP slot at 6pm so should work if you have a space.
