I do agree with you, it's just easy to get caught up in the moment, even at sale prices next clothes aren't that cheap and if you on a budget like me then it's still alot of money. Don't get me wrong I do myself like Next and especially the sales but it seems that people are getting all angry and upset about some clothes. Please everyone try to get it into perspective! (me also!)

earlier on i logged onto next directory and it showed me what is going into the sales..i only got up to about page 15 of the kidswear before i had to log off and when i tried to get back on it was just the normal site...hmm methinks its was a mistake..did anyone else get a sneaky peek?

If you log onto your account, then go to the vip sale if you have received an email and it takes you to all the sale items for a preview.

I know people have said you can't but I'm sure if you register online, there is a way of viewing your account number while you're still in the system. If you log out, then you have to wait for the official papers, but I'm positive it's what I did last Christmas after my last account lapsed. I didn't have to wait.

And I'm sure a moneysaving friend of mine managed it in the summer sale too.

I created a new account and found my account number in time for the last sale, thanks to a tip I read on here. I *think* it was to do with signing up for a new account, and before you close the window there is an option to email them - click on that and your new account number is shown in the email heading or somewhere obvious.

I had already signed up when I read that but was so desperate that I signed up again using the same details, figuring I'd ring up to cancel one of the directories or send the duplicate one back, but in fact only one account was opened so their system must have made sense of my double application.

'Guys' who haven't managed to get an invite or slot yet, keep trying and good luck. This 'Next VIP sale game' doesn't seem to have set rules.

Just to clarify AGAIN, as there are some who still are a little confused. Irrespective of whether you got the email or not (in the case of makinprogress he/she didn't receive the email - email address invalid I'd imagine or not set up or an error), if you can go into your account and it allows you to book a slot then you are a VIP. If you can't, you can't. THERE IS NO CODE! The VIP game has set rules, irrespective of what some are saying. If you don't get a code, I'm afraid it's an early morning start !
