    No idea - it's all guesswork as to whether it will even work at all :o

    It seems that the normal VIP slots start on Saturday, so surely the Next couriers and other staff will have their slots the day before - which is tomorrow.

    Unfortunately they won't give it over the phone - they will send it out to you. I had the same problem a couple of years ago so have now committed it to memory just in case!!

    If you have any old statements or delivery notes though, they'll have it on there. Or even any old order confirmaion emails?

    Thanks boots-babe thought that would be the case, I did have a delivery note that I saved purposely, but O/H threw it out.....thinking he was being helpful!
