Didn't get a VIP, but the few bits (footwear for elder boys) that I wanted have already disappeared from the listings (and I have no chance of getting to a store until Monday)

Oh well, on the bright side, I suppose it's saved me £70 (although getting them in the sale would have saved me a lot more than that over the next year).

I managed to place an order yesterday morning and was really pleased when some of my items arrived tonight. That pleasure was short lived as not one but two of my items received were not what I ordered. I phoned CS to inform them and they were apologetic but the items that I should've received cannot be reordered as they are out of stock!! Really annoyed as the coat I wanted was one of items I won't now receive. I've informed CS that I'll be ringing later on in the week to see if there have been any returns for the items I want and if so I'll be expecting to get them at half price - after all it was their error. :mad:

I got a delivery today from yesterday mornings order at 5:30am. Was pretty happy with the bits I got really and theres a few more things to come (hopefully).. got a couple of coats for my DD and some bottoms for both kids as well as some things for me in a smaller size so that cheered me up LOL!
