I rang back and spoke to their IT dept, the links won't go live until tomorrow (he didn't think) and advised I just keep checking. He said it will appear in the "my account" section on the website and to follow the link from there.

Best to keep checking your account over the next 24hrs.

Hi I have never been offered one of these slots before and I have only just signed up to receive their emails. Do you think its still worth checking my account? Also will it just be on the page which gives your account summary?

I have got a slot for Friday morning too, have been sent confirmation email but links not working at the mo for the sales listing.

Same script as last winter sale i.e no password, just follow link sent in confirmation email and log in with your account number. May be that most emails offering slots are being sent tomorrow - only got mine because I was paying and asked about the slots, they did say however they would check if my account was listed for VIP and it was.

Xmas sale was the first time I hadn't had a VIP in years but my mum did and she spends hardly anything and I spend ............. too much!!!

She rang and asked about her account and was told no invite showing.

I've managed to book a slot online about an hour ago, I followed this link;

www.next.co.uk/vipsale

and logged into my account and got the 1st slot available on Friday am - you can also view the sale items but there doesn't seem to be much listed.

Tried this but it doesn't work for me. Probably means I'm not getting a slot. Oh well, I'll just need to drag myself out of bed on Saturday morning and head to my nearest store.

This didn't work for me but thank you for posting it, it might work for some.

Worked for me but i saw it on HUKD so the early ones will be going soon... worth a try everyone.
