what do you do with the codes to get sale prices please?

I just replaced the last 3 digits of the item code

    e.g. 111-222-X40

    becomes 111-222-GE0 or 111-222-GM0.

Like I say, absolutely no guarantee that they'll honour anything ordered like this at sale price.

They MUST be using a code though, as when I rang up on Sunday morning to order my remaining sale bits (because the website had crashed during my VIP slot the night before) she said just wait a minute whilst I find the sale code. So it must exist!

Message to Emweaver - in the Summer Sale you were on the thread and blagged placing an order before all "VIP" slots. Just to be sure you received it, you placed it again (and received 2 lots). Again in this sale, you were not given VIP access but blagged a slot by taking the advice of someone on here and ringing for a slot.

You now have the cheek to call other users for doing exactly what you have done in the last two sales - because they placed their orders before you did.

    Rant over!

Not really expecting anything before christmas (or needing it) even though I ordered at 6.30pm on sat. I'm happy to wait until the 27th/28th as the house is full of christmas stuff already without a hundred next bags turning up! I think rather than head to ANY actual sales this year (which I convince myeslf every year is a good idea then hate all the pushing and the shoving and the hussle and the bussle), I will stay at home and have a next trying-on frenzy..

All you need to do is fill out the back of the returns part of the delivery slip, parcel it up again with the sticker on the outside and the returns slip on the inside and give it back to the courier who will sign proof of return.

With the sale items, it is all such a palavour that you are best keeping very good records of what exactly you returned and all of your proof of returns - I have to check my monthly invoice with a fine tooth comb for at least 2 months afterwards to make sure the right items get credited back to my account as I order over 100 items, return at least 60 of them.

Next are fine no matter how many you return by the way, as long as it is picked up within the 10 days time (I have arranged for stuff to be picked up after this if I was on holiday etc...)
