Help to buy and mortgage - can't rent whole property out, can have lodger / rent a room out.

Normal mortgage purchase (without help to buy) - can rent whole property out with permission from lender, can rent a room out sometimes lender permission is required.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Where would be the best channel to report said offence?

Unfortunately I live next door to one. Have reported to both the lender and target hca but no success yet (E.g property not sold)

    any other ideas?

Best to start a new thread. Your unlikely to achieve the desired effect of the house being sold.

There are various reasons why this would be allowed. Probably best minding your own business if you just have an issue with it being sublet. But if you have an actual issue with the behaviour of those living there such as ASB go down the correct routes such as police/council etc
