GOOD MORNING BRITAIN AND LORRAINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged [18] years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 14 August 2020.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 2.00pm on Friday 4 September 2020.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 10 September 2020.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £40,000 cash, a VW Campervan and a Camping Cinema kit.

(i) £40,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £40,000 (forty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A VW Campervan

This element of the prize consists of a 4-seaters/sleepers VW Camper Van Grand California 600 177ps DSG in Mojav beige over candy white, including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, number plates and £30 worth of fuel.

The winner will have the choice of either (i) collecting the VW Campervan at a local Sytner dealership (which includes a formal handover) or (ii) having the VW Campervan delivered to their home address (for an additional cost covered by the Promoter), within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the VW Campervan, a current driver’s licence and a valid photo ID such as a UK passport.

Please note that delivery of the VW Campervan to the winner’s local Sytner dealership or the winner’s home address may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

The winner may choose to register the VW Campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

The VW Camper Van may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

(iii) A Camping Cinema kit

This element of the prize consists of a Gold Cinema Pack for four (4) which includes the following:
