Solicitor for Airbnb coupon dispute, help needed

Hi,
I'm disputing a coupon that I used for a booking. When I cancelled my booking the coupon was kept, even though I was offered a full refund and mislead in to believing the coupon was included. who can I speak to regarding this? I have spoken to 5 different people at AirBnb and havent got anywhere. Does anyone know of a solicitor that can have a look before I go down the SC Court route by myself. many thanks Matt
