Double refund

Options
My credit card company gave me a chargeback/section 75 refund for a transaction I disputed (hotel cancelled cos of Covid) happy days... 2 months later the travel company also gave me a refund meaning I’ve gotten the refund twice essentially, what do I do?

Your card company will want their money back. Don’t spend it contact them & let them know what’s happened

I contacted the card company and they said it’s not their problem I have to get in touch with the retailer to resolve it?

The CC card company aren't worried because they have got their money through the chargeback. The retailer will end up paying twice and will probably challenge the chargeback, so one refund may well disappear.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

I originally thought this but as they were both credited over 45 days ago I don’t think they have the right to appeal it?

The money’s not yours. The chargeback is in case the refund didn’t happen
