Excel Parking (small claims court)

Excel took me to court recently over a parking fine and rightly I won the case which was dismissed by the judge. The judge ordered Excel to pay me costs by 7th August 2020 but as expected they have not done so. Could somebody enlighten me on the process for pursuing the costs?
