End of Furlough

Hi I am a dental nurse employed by a NHS dental practice. I have been furlouged since March due to my 70 years of age and also my 84 year old husband who has Parkinson's. (I have given 54 years of service to the NHS in dental nursing) What happens to me when furlough ends?? can I sign on as sickness benefit with DWP? as I do not pass the risk assessment to be in the practice to work. My GP has confirmed to me that it is correct that I do not go into work at the practice. Will I just have no money coming in then until this is all over?? Thanks for any advice
