Money back from TUI

My holiday to Montenegro was cancelled by tui. They d said they were issuing a full refund within 28 days. It's now exceeded that period and still no money back. We've tried to contact TUI but can't get through and not responding to emails. Has anyone got any experience of this? Any tips?? Need this money back ASAP

There's a very long TUI refund thread. Have you read that?
Or have you checked what the TUI website says re refunds?
Promptness of refunds seems to depend on how you booked and how you paid.
