Hi
Just before lockdown we built two raised vegetable patches with decking boards and we are mighty pleased with it.
Now we plan to make 5 more of them and would need at least 40 decking boards.
Which is the best place to buy them cheap.B&Q is asking for £30 for delivery.Wickes hasnt got an stock.
We live in Berkshire.
Many Thanks0

It would be cheaper to source materials from a timber yard. I don’t know of any in Berkshire (but I’m sure the internet would find details), however just across the border in Oxfordshire there’s Acorn Timber Yard in Kingston Bagpuize who are good, or you could try the Wood Recycling place in Abingdon - they do reclaimed timber so the stock changes regularly, but they almost always have scaffold boards at around £4.50 a metre. Both places deliver.0
