Completing PLF(s) when two families travelling as one household, in Greece (Flying Jet2)

Lack of clarity if more than one family is travelling together and will be one household on arrival.
1) PLF for every adult (and add kids) - implied in forums from phone conversations with Jet2 customer services
2) PLF for each family including adults and kids - Looks like Greek Gov advice
3) PLF for the entire household in Greece??? - Maybe Greek Gov mean this, as there's an option to add non family members to the form
Greek gov advice says:
"The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travelers must complete their PLF until the day before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece. In case of multiple stays, they are required to provide the address for the first 24 hours at least. One PLF should be submitted per family."
Jet2 say:
Follow Greek Gov advice.
Has anyone had experience of this with Jet2?

I may be wrong but I understood that the 'one household' referred to your home address rather than your temporary accommodation in Greece.
So I would say #3 is wrong.
There has been much confusion created by airlines interpreting the Greek directive differently.
I know TUI were insisting on one form per adult, despite Greek official directive.
They appear to have moved from that stance.
There are hundreds of PLF questions on the Greece board of TripAdvisor.
Maybe ask your question on there.
