Trying to contact On The Beach

I booked a holiday to Majorca last September with onthebeach.com and am due to fly next Wednesday, the 19th of August. Obviously I've resigned myself to the fact that we won't be going due to the FCO advice and the rapidly increasing number of cases being recorded throughout Spain. I've just been trying to contact on the beach but their phone lines just direct you to the messaging service through their website and no matter what option I choose I'm unable to send them a message. Looking at their coronavirus advice on their website they are stating that because the flights are still flying, I'm flying with BA, the holiday can still be provided. They quote the PTR's and state that FCO advice doesn't really count (not in so many words) because the majority of airlines are still flying and if there was a real danger the airlines wouldn't be flying. As we all know this is rubbish because if the FCO are advising against all but essential travel that invalidates my insurance and I would never travel without valid insurance let alone during a global pandemic. Can anyone offer me any advice on either (ideally) contacting on the beach or alternatively what I should do next (and yes I know don't use on the beach will possibly be one of the suggestions).
