**NOW SOLVED** - Fault - Notifications are not displaying under "My Profile"

This is a new problem - it was working OK yesterday. Others users are reporting the same problem.

If you click on the "Bell" icon you can see the last 5 notifications and you can click on them.

If you click on the "Bell" then "All notifications" - none are displayed.

If you click on "Profile", "View Profile", "Notifications" - none are displayed.

Logged out and back in - still not working - notifications not showing, including any new ones since it was supposedly solved.

This should be working for real this time - please let me know if not working for you still @waamo and @One-Eye

Should only require refreshing the page - you shouldn't have to sign out and back in.
